Lucky is our Lab mix who was adopted, spring of 2006, from a home in turmoil. He was chosen to be our mascot because he goes about everywhere with me. In addition here in Shelby County he has started to make quite a name for himself. He is the most loveing dog and just enjoys making people happy and that is what we are all about, MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY! Keep your eyes open for him. His usual stomping grounds are Tawawa Park, Mikes Barn & Yard Connection, TSC, and the Shelby County Fairgrounds. He will be out and about attending and helping with fundraisers in the area so stay tuned to our Facebook Page, Twitter, and here on the website to find out where he will be going next. Misty D. Wooddell is Running 4 Rescue!!

I have personally enjoyed taking up the activity of running on a regular basis and have decided to start racing!! I want to use this new passion of mine for a wonderful cause, and have decided to run to raise money for Dream 4 Pets cause!! I will be participating in the Shelby County 5K Tour and rounding up sponsors along the way!! All of my entry fees will come out of my own pocket leaving any money recieved from sposors to go to support Dream 4 Pets cause. I will be posting all sponsors on our website and facebook page and also writing a press release to the local news paper.
